The registration of purchase and sale of licensees and buyers at the market yard is done in the Grain Demand Department, and the levy of market fees and supervision fees is done under this department.

Farmers are given collateral loans on the collateral of their agricultural products. During the season, the arrival of agricultural products in the market increases, and since the arrival is often high, the possibility of a decrease in prices cannot be ruled out. During this period, farmers have to take agricultural loans at a higher price and to meet their financial needs at a lower rate, the Agricultural Loan Scheme is implemented by the Market Committee from its own funds under the direction of the Maharashtra State Agricultural Marketing Department. In this section, farmers are given collateral loans on the basis of the necessary documents.
Market fees, supervision fees, farm collateral, grain rent and other small payments are accepted in the market committee. Receipts of the amounts paid through cash, cheques, net banking online in the cash department are made and the said payments are deposited in the bank account of the market committee on a daily basis. All these transactions are recorded in the cash book.
The sale of paddy crop brought by farmers to the grain department is done through open auction. This auction is held in front of licensed buyers, buyers and farmers. Accurate measurement of the crop is done by the measurers. The sale of the crop is done through the employees appointed by the market committee. The farmers get the amount of their crop from the buyers.
The licensee is the one who regulates the agricultural produce of farmers like brinjal, green chilli, tomato, spinach, fenugreek, radish, okra, milky gourd, kohlrabi, radish, chickpeas, guava, cauliflower, and spinach through open auction. Market fee and supervision fee are collected from the vegetable buyers. The market committee brings the farmers in the area of work to the market committee.
